Free online weekly mindfulness practice group

For graduates of the eight-week MBSR or MBCT training program. Ongoing practice is greatly supported within a practice community, particularly in these days of groundlessness.

No need to register for these sessions, simply join in on the day.

Time: 9:30am-11am with a rotating teacher roster

Cost: Currently free of charge during COVID-19 increased physical distancing regulations
