CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that life happens so there might be occasions where you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling of bookings can be made by calling 0468 367 817. If no one is available to answer, please leave a voicemail. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Please note, cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.

RESERVATION POLICY

Your place on a course will be reserved on completion of payment in full.

Payment options will be provided following your introductory phone call once you have registered your interest

There are a limited number of spots at a discounted rate for those who can demonstrate they are experiencing financial hardship (health care card or disability pension holders). These spots are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Please contact us for more information.

REFUND POLICY

If a participant has paid and then wishes to cancel up to seven days before the course has started, they will be charged a $100 admin fee. If a participant wishes to cancel seven days prior to course commencement, or after the first session, they will receive a refund of 50%. This refund can only be claimed up to the day before the second session. After that no refunds are available. 

Should an unexpected significant life event happen that prevents a participant from attending the course i.e. a new serious injury, death of a family member or debilitating illness, please contact the course facilitator. Such events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and at the facilitator’s discretion and may be eligible for a credit note.

If minimum numbers are not met for the course to run, participants will be notified by the Friday prior to course commencement. If the course must be canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances on behalf of the course facilitator, cancellation may occur as late as the day of course commencement. In these instances, you will receive a refund in full.
